SUPPLY LIST FOR OIL PASTELS:

  1. Pentel 50 piece oil pastels – please keep all the pastels in the boxes they come in. Leaving them loose in other boxes contaminates the colors
  2. spiral bound art pad ( sketch book), 9X12
  3. 2B and H  one pencil each,
  4. paint erasers/ tortillons
  5. kneaded eraser
  6. pink eraser
  7. sharpener
  8. rag – knitted cotton material ( could be cut out from old t-shirts)
  9. backpack or bag to hold all the supplies.
WATERCOLORS: $60/ month (4 hour-long classes)/participant + convenience fees

SUPPLY FOR WATERCOLORS:

  1. 18 color set of watercolors. Prefer brands such as Winsor Newton, Sakura Koi, etc which have stronger pigments.
  2. watercolor block preferably cold press. Brands could be Canson, Arches, etc.If participants buy watercolor pad, then individual sheets need to be stretched and taped to a piece of masonite board to stop it from warping.
  3. easel

  6. brush set- round, filbert, angled, script/liner and flat of varying sizes
  7. pallet

ACRYLICS : $60/ month (4 hour-long classes)/participant+convenience fees

  6. gesso
  7. nylon brush set- round, filbert, angled, script/liner and flat

SKETCHING : $65/month(4 hour-long classes)/ participant+convenience fees

SUPPLY LIST FOR SKETCHING:

  1. Shading pencil set with 4h, 2h, h, b, 2b, 4b and 6b (Brand – design/ prismacolor/ faber -castell/ royal preferably.)
  2. spiral bound artpad ( sketch book), 9X12
  3. Emery sheet or sand paper
  4. paint erasers/ tortillons of varying sizes
  5. kneaded erase, pink eraser
  6. sharpener 
  7. rag  pref, knitted cotton material for blending
